1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the Service. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time, and we will post the updated version here.

2. Service Description

SupaHint provides tools for users to capture, organize, and search text-logged hints from browser selection via semantic search and AI assistance. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis, including Free and Paid subscription tiers.

3. Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate email credentials to register an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions taken under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time in the Billing settings. Payments are non-refundable for the remaining days of the current cycle except where required by local laws.

5. Content Ownership and IP

You retain all ownership rights to any text hints and content you input. SupaHint retains exclusive rights, titles, and interests in and to all code, assets, UI layouts, and trade secrets related to the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Store content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes intellectual property.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or DDoS our servers and database nodes.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the proprietary source code of the extension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SupaHint makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, security, or continuous availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaHint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
