• Inputs, prompts, and user-generated content: Text and hints you highlight or store via browser extension or web dashboard.
• Payment data: Needed to complete transactions, processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe).

b. Automatic data collection:

• Device data: Device operating system, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
• Online activity data: Pages or screens viewed, duration, navigation paths, and interaction logs.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Service delivery and operations: Providing and maintaining the Service, enabling user preferences, and retrieving hints using AI.
• Security: Enabling security features, preventing fraudulent activity, and preventing unauthorized logins.
• Customer support: Responding to questions, feedback, and technical support requests.
• Model training: For Free Plan users, we may use anonymized inputs, prompts, and stored text content to train and improve our AI search models. We DO NOT train our AI models on data from Paid Plan users.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with:

• Service providers: Hosting, database, and AI API providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to execute the semantic query and hint formatting.
• Payment processors: Card details are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Compliance and protection: Authorities or private parties as required by law or legal processes.

4. Your Choices

• Access or update: You can review and update account settings inside the Dashboard.
• Delete account: You may request to delete your account and personal data by contacting us via email.
• Tracking: You can disable cookies or tracking tools through your browser settings.

5. Security and International Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other global servers depending on our cloud infrastructure. We employ organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, although no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
